The house is for 4 people only

There can be 4 adults and 2 children living in the house.


Key – Move in / Departure
The house will be available a 14 a clock the starting date of the rental period. On the last day you must leave the house  at 11 a clock. The normal rental period is from Sunday to Sunday or Thursday to Sunday. See more on prices and booking.

The key is sent to the tenant by mail, so it is allspice about 2-4 days before the rental period. On departure day the key is in the house’s mailbox after check if windows and doors are closed / locked.


Deposit and Rent
The Deposit on 1.000 Kr. and full rental amount, must be paid within 3 business days after the landlord has confirmed the rental agreement. Electricity consumption and possible damage will be deducted from the Deposit. See more under prices and payment terms.


Paid deposit and rent will be refunded as follows:

– Until 30 days before arrival date the amount will be refunded with 70% of the total.
– 29-15 days before arrival date the amount will be refunded 60% of the total.
– 14-0 days before arrival date the amount will be refunded 20% of the total.

Consumption of water is included in the rent. For the consumption of electricity the price is Kr. 3 per. kWh. The electricity is read electronic report is printed of the consumption in the period.


Upon departure, we ask that you return the house in a tidy condition, as it was Your own, and leave it nice both inside and out, including emptying the dishwasher, emptying the garbage bags, remove bottles and so further. The house is inspected after every visit and if the house is not left after the described standards renter will be contacted and billed for possible damages or lack of cleaning.


You must bring
You must bring bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths. Dishwasher powder available.


No smoking in the house. If you want to smoke, it must be outside.


No pets allowed.


Accidents and injuries
Is there any damage to the house, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will deduct value from the deposit. If something goes down or is broken, do not buy new, but make sure to inform us instead.

If the damage excess the deposit, you still have responsibility for the cost of repairing or replacing. If you have an insurance it may cover.
