The best located house at “Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort”
We are renting out our lovely golf cottage / vacation house with room for 4 people. The house is located in lovely surroundings in the middle of the center area of ”Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort”, so many possibilities for activity, relaxation or a walk in the beautiful nature.
The house is newly renovated, and with folding doors to a south facing terrace, nature comes right into the living room. The cottage has a new bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher, cozy living room and two bedrooms with 4 beds. Furthermore there are also 2 folding mattresses available if you need extra beds for kids (pls. note only pillows and blankets for 4 people).
The house is heated with a heat pump, and there are two associated parking spaces at the house. At the house there is a Weber gas grill that renters are allowed to use. Also there is a large TV with Big TV package incl. Viasat Golf. All together the perfect house for golf enthusiasts or for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
Included in the rent of the holiday house, there is free access to the water park in the center area.
The house is placed first row with a view to:
- Large communal Green for the two 18 hole courses
- 1. Tee for New Course og Old Course
- Starters House
- Adventure Golf
- Large new playground with outdoor table tennis
- Center area with water park, Spa & Wellness, Bowling, Fitness, restaurants and recreation
- On the other side of the road is a 9-hole Par 3 course.
